e-log Outbuildings / Garages

An often overlooked "e-log" opportunity is that of garage outbuildings or pole barns complimenting a full log home. For those home owners or commercial building owners that have made the significant investment in large full stack log structures they want their outbuildings to have a large log look to match. Before the introduction of the 12", 14" or 16" diameter look of the "e-log" their offerings were very limited. Either they had to settle for a much smaller log siding look or they had to spend a lot more then what they wanted to have the full log structure.

The tongue & groove installation method on a conventional stick built or pole barn structure make the "e-log" a natural and highly desirable option. The "e-log" large diameter look provides a complimentary look to the home owner's large log home with a cost that is very affordable. Along with the ease of installation and the large log look, the engineered construction of the "e-log" results in a very stable system that won't shrink or settle as natural logs do. Therefore having a large roll-up garage door is a practical option and the overall maintenance schedule and cost is much lower then the large diameter stacked logs would be.

Below are some pictures of a 30' X 30' garage structure using the 12" e-log that is currently underway....
