Tennessee Resort Chooses e-log Log Siding

This is a great opportunity for Pine River and the e-log system. The nations largest privately held time share company chose the 14" e-log system using Pine River's revolutionary new saddle notch corner system to adorn their Welcome Center in Gatlinburg. The resort has a log theme through out the entire complex and the large log look of the e-log siding system provides the look the owner wanted. The Welcome Center is ~25,000 sq ft and will be the check in facility for the resort and it will house a restaurant and bar area. It will be the hub of activity for the entire 250 acre development.

The new saddle notch system fits perfectly with the building design. The large eve overhang and the roof design is a perfect fit for this saddle notch system. When ever a log building is designed, the roof system is a critical yet often overlooked asset. The archectural design of this building is perfect for a real log look using the e-log siding system.

The onsite construction company has done a great job learning how to install the e-log system and is also a major contributor to the successful design and look of the building. This is a good example of how the building and site owner is in close coordination with the site construction company and their respective suppliers to create a beautiful and functional Welcome Center.
